For Time timer
A For Time timer counts up so you can race a workout and record how long it took, with an optional time cap. GRIT runs it free, with a 10-second count-in and a large landscape clock for the whole gym to see.
How GRIT runs a For Time
Choose For Time, set an optional cap (e.g. 12:00), and go. The clock counts up; you stop it when you finish and save your time. Everything's adjustable and free — GRIT doesn't paywall the count-up timer or the cap.
- Open GRIT and choose For Time.
- Set an optional time cap.
- Add a 10-second count-in if you want one.
- Start — the clock counts up; race the workout.
- Stop at the finish and save your time (RX or scaled) + notes.
