AMRAP timer

An AMRAP timer counts down a fixed window — “As Many Rounds (or Reps) As Possible” — while you cycle through a set of movements and count your rounds. GRIT runs it free: set any time cap, get a 10-second count-in, and a big landscape clock you can read from across the gym.

How GRIT runs an AMRAP

Pick AMRAP, set the window (say 20:00), and hit start. The clock counts down in the work colour, GRIT beeps the last 3 seconds, and you log your rounds + reps when the buzzer goes. Every setting is adjustable — unlike SmartWOD, GRIT never puts the custom timer behind a paywall.

  1. Open GRIT and choose AMRAP.
  2. Set your time cap (any length you like).
  3. Optionally add a 10-second count-in.
  4. Start — the big clock counts down; work through your rounds.
  5. At the buzzer, save your score (rounds + reps) to the logbook.
