Help with GRIT.

The GRIT WOD Timer does not require an account. In-app feedback is the quickest way to send a report with an optional reply email and disclosed diagnostics.

Contact GRIT

Open Settings โ†’ Send Feedback in GRIT to report an app problem, timer issue, sound cue issue, display or AirPlay issue, workout-log issue, Apple Health match issue, feature suggestion or other feedback.

If in-app delivery is unavailable, use the app's Share Report fallback or contact the authorised public GRIT account at @gritwod on Instagram. Do not include passwords, health details, workout notes or other sensitive information.

GRIT Community (gyms)

For help with GRIT Community at app.gritwod.app โ€” signing in, your gym, programming, the timetable or members โ€” email [email protected]. Use the same address to ask for a copy of your Community data or for your Community account to be deleted; send it from the email address you sign in with so we can verify the request.

Keep your receipt reference

A delivered report shows an eight-character receipt reference. Keep it if you may want GRIT to find or delete that report. Identifiable reports are automatically deleted no later than 90 days after receipt.

For an earlier deletion, follow the feedback-deletion instructions. If a reply email was supplied, the same email is required to verify the request.

Privacy

Workout history and Apple Health information stay on your device and are never attached to analytics or a feedback report. GRIT uses anonymous timer-interaction analytics without an account, persistent identifier or tracking. Read the GRIT privacy notice for the exact analytics fields, optional feedback fields, retention and GRIT-only service boundaries.

Operator

GRIT WOD is operated by Andrew Dunn, trading as Handy Andy 3D.

Help setting up your timer

Start with the WOD timer walkthrough, choose the right work/rest interval settings, or follow the gym display checklist for a class.

For a useful support report, include the GRIT version, timer mode and the steps that led to the problem. Keep private workout details and Apple Health information out of your message.
